We are seeking a reliable and respectful Security Guard to join our team at KOG Security, specifically for cemetery locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and peaceful environment for visitors and staff while ensuring the security of the premises.

‪POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Patrol the cemetery grounds regularly to maintain security and deter any unauthorized activities
• Secure all entry and exit points, monitoring access to the cemetery
• Assist visitors with directions, information, and any other needs they may have
• Lock up designated areas of the location according to post orders
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, contacting relevant authorities when necessary
• Create detailed incident reports and escalate issues to upper management as required
• Follow all directives and instructions provided by KOG Security management
• Maintain a respectful and solemn demeanor appropriate for the cemetery environment

‪POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• One year Security Experience is a must.
• Must be 25 years of age for insurability
• Must have a Class G Driver's Licence and Clean Driving Abstract
• Excellent Customer Service, English language & communication abilities
• Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
• A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
• Eligibility to work full-time, legally in Canada without restrictions (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work Permit only)
