POSITION SUMMARY:
Do you have a passion for customer service and hold a valid Ontario Security Guard license? We are seeking individuals to join us as Site Supervisors for high-end condominium sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area. One year of condominium experience as a site supervisor is required, along with commitment to excellence and a desire to be part of a team of elite security professionals.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the main point of contact during emergency situations. This role involves coordinating and
managing responses to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved, as well as providing clear
communication to the necessary parties. -
The task involves the coordination of activities across various work units or departments. This includes
establishing effective communication systems, setting objectives and timelines, and ensuring that each
department understands its roles and responsibilities. This coordination ensures the smooth running of
operations and facilitates the achievement of organizational goals. -
Supervise, coordinate, and possibly review workers' activities. Perform random personal reviews of
assigned security staff to ensure their knowledge and performance meet customer expectations. -
Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. Ensure compliance of assigned security
staff with company standards, including uniform, training, and site-specific procedures. - Establish work schedules and procedures.

Follow Safety and Emergency protocols in response to fire alarms, water leaks, noise complaints, and
other emergencies. - Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and logs.
- Represent the Customer to guests/visitors as a front-line representative.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of experience as a Site Supervisor in a condominium setting is a must.
- Excellent Customer Service, English language & communication abilities
- Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
- Eligibility to work full-time, legally in Canada without restrictions (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work Permit only)
